Hi guys, I'm here today to tell you something about getting a job in today's world. My parents are concerned about whether I'll get a government job or not if I do this degree, etc. And I think, why is there so much fascination with government jobs? As long as you want to live a luxurious life, whether you do a government job or a private one should not be a matter of discussion. Some people are just too lucky to get government jobs in today's world. I came across some stereotypes recently about my microbiology subject (told by a known person) that 1. In industry, as per seniority, you'll get paid less 2. It's applied biology, and when you're considered for government jobs, people will prefer candidates from basic subjects like zoology, botany, and chemistry, but not you 3.
